The Journey of Faith Where do we stand when there seems to be no answer? When the bills simply cannot be paid? When there is no possible cure? When we seem to be losing our relationships? When there is no food in the house to feed your children? I have been there, in all the above circumstances and I have found this one thing to be true. There is only one thing that is constant, it never changes and the answers always yield results… His Word! His Word does not just create life, His Word IS life. Whatever you are facing, His Word has given you the answer. You must simply grab hold of it, seize it, and make it yours and yours alone. Then you will begin to see the Word work. You will start to see things happen but won’t have any answers to how other than His Word Worked! It is how ALL men and women of Faith begin their walks with Him. They pick a verse and they stand firmly on it, until it comes to pass. It is a process by which we try to see if the Word is true. It is how our Father teaches us to believe Him over this world. It is how we begin to live by faith and not by sight. You should know, it’s not an easy path to walk in, but the rewards far surpass the losses you will incur. Losses? What Losses??? Well as with anything, to obtain something, you must put something else down. To gain an understanding of the greater things of God, you will lose pieces of your life. But relax it’s only the pieces of your life that are not eternal truths. I know it sounds harsh and hard, and to be truthful with you, it is hard. “How and in what way is it hard?” you may ask. The answer is simple… When in His Word and in the process of becoming Spirit minded, you’ll be confronted by things in life you believe are all a lie. The deeper you go with Him, The more the light is shown on your lies. It’s tough at first, but then something along the way happens and you can’t wait to discover what else you didn’t know was a lie in your life. You start becoming Word, God and Spirit minded in all things. You have trouble believing almost anything in this natural world and all you end up wanting…Is Him! Entering into this life of faith is a journey I highly recommend. It will cost you ALL that you are, and you will gain ALL that He is! What a wonderful and glorious trade. There will be times where you want to curse God out for not doing this or that. But I promise as one who has been there, if He hasn’t shown up yet, it is because He is trying to teach you something. Rest assured, He knows when there is a gun to your head, and be at peace knowing, He will never let the trigger be pulled. He loves you and that revelation will always get you through. Chances are if you are reading this, you are on such a journey. ! Oh how I lift you up before Him today! I will pray His will over you and speak His peace into you… and someday soon, you will be required to do the same for someone else who is beginning this glorious walk of faith with Him. May He overtake you today with His presence…
