Rest Rest! It's all God is waiting on you to do… When there is a problem that rises, are you aware… He knows? When you think there is no way out, He is there, with victory in hand! Many times it is easy thinking about our own lives that we forget He is there. But even greater than that, His covenant with you is active and ready to assist. You must take the time, and get yourself to the place where you are ready to receive His promise. Then once you have… Rest. It is in rest and being still that your faith is working knowing He is God. “Be still, and know that I am God…” (Psalms 46:10) How many times has He rescued you from certain death? How many times has He come through when you knew there was just no way? How many times has He paid that bill? What more must He do? It must be your choice. Nothing can be forced on you. So rest… I know you want Him [to once again] get you out of the mess you are in. But it's not Him that can save you. It's you resting in His promise that makes His promise save you. It is by your faith, that His Word has the power in your life. What giant in your life is greater than the great "I AM?" Are you willing to step back, take a breath and start over with the problem? Solving it His way is so much easier. Just find the verse, (Google it, if you have to) then climb up in His wonderful arms and rest…You will be glad you did.
